Monsoon Magic

“Rain clouds come floating in, not to muddy my days ahead, but to make me calm, happy and hopeful.”

-  rajuda

The stormy weather is here for a couple of months here in the Valley of the Sun.  Phoenix and the outlying areas are experiencing sand storms, thunder and a nice show of lightning adorning the skies.  I look forward to this time of year, despite the hotter temperatures.  The clouds make for some very dramatic photography for sunsets and storms in the Arizona desert! It is a magical time of year when we photographers go storm chasing.  Here are a few of my images of the monsoon weather and sunsets.
